Movementia is pre-launch. These terms currently cover the website at getmovementia.com and its waitlist — not a live product, since there isn't one yet. A separate, more complete Terms of Service will govern accounts, programs, payments, and community features once Movementia launches, and will be published (and reviewed) before that happens.

You can browse this site and join the waitlist. Please don't misuse it — that includes attempting to disrupt the site, scraping or harvesting data from it beyond normal browsing, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

The Movementia name and the content on this site belong to us. Browsing the site doesn't give you any ownership or license to reuse that content beyond viewing it in your browser.

This website and the waitlist are provided as-is. We don't guarantee a specific launch date, that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that joining the waitlist reserves you a particular price or spot.

To the extent permitted by law, Movementia isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever these terms change.
