Privacy Policy

Movementia (“we,” “us”) is building a virtual academy operating system for independent coaches — starting with competitive junior tennis coaches. This policy covers the website at getmovementia.com and, once it launches, the Movementia product itself.

Movementia is pre-launch. Today, the only thing this website does for a visitor who isn't already a coach, player, or parent on the platform is offer a waitlist signup. The sections below describe both that current, limited collection and what changes once the full product is live, so this policy doesn't need to be rewritten from scratch at that point.

Right now (pre-launch): if you join our waitlist, we store the email address you provide and the date you signed up. That's the only personal information this website collects from a visitor today.

Once the product is live, creating an account adds:

• Account information: name, email address, and role (coach, player, or parent/guardian).
• Coaching content: programs, feedback, goals, and progress notes a coach records for a player they coach.
• Video submissions a player uploads for coach review.
• Community posts and comments within an academy.
• Payment information for paid enrollments and memberships — processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

• To notify waitlist signups when Movementia is ready to use.
• To operate accounts, academies, coaching content, and payments once the product is live.
• To send account-related email (confirmations, password resets, payment receipts).
• To respond if you contact us directly.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Movementia's primary audience includes junior athletes, many of whom are minors. Before we collect any information about a player under 18 — whether a parent adds them, or they create their own account — we require a parent or guardian to confirm consent. A linked parent/guardian can see their child's goals, coach feedback, and schedule. See our Notice to Parents and Guardians for exactly what we collect about a junior player and a parent's rights over that information. We don't currently collect information from anyone through the public waitlist form beyond an email address, regardless of age.

Data is stored with Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage) and the application is hosted on Vercel. Account-related email is delivered through Resend. Payments are processed by Stripe. We rely on these providers' security practices (encryption in transit, access controls) and don't maintain a separate copy of your payment details ourselves.

We use Vercel Analytics to see aggregated, anonymized traffic to this website (for example, how many people visit and which pages they land on) so we know whether anyone's finding it. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you individually across sites. Supabase separately sets a session cookie once you're logged in, needed to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

We keep waitlist email addresses until launch (or until you ask us to remove one, whichever is sooner). Once the product is live, account data is kept for as long as the account is active. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to how it's used. Contact us below to exercise any of these rights — we'll respond as quickly as we can.

We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes, and we'll expand it as the product launches and adds features described above.
